SHIPPING

Orders are processed with in 24-72 hours not including weekends and holidays.
(EX: FREE SHIPPING may exclude any sales or promotions at the time)  
Please make sure correct shipping option has been applied to avoid any delays.
If "PICK UP" option has been applied at checkout and purchase is from out of state this will delay shipping. Shipping will need to be paid before we can ship order out to customer. If shipping has not been paid after 7 days of purchase this will be marked as FINAL SALE. 
 
LILY'S FASHION BOUTIQUE is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed.
 
If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please Text immediately (323)691-3518  to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address. 
 
If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track down your package. Lily's Fashion Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered.

Express Priority Mail (1-2 Business Days)

"Express Mail" is shipped same day if placed by 2:00 pm Mon. - Fri. (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME). Anything after that will be shipped next business day. 
Delivery may take 1-2 business days, depending on destination.
 

International Shipping

 Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.


International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a confirmation email not including your tracking number. Please contact Lily's Fashion Boutique at Lilysfashionboutique16@gmail.com or (323)691-3518 to add additional insurance/ tracking number. Additional fees may apply.    

Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Track an Order

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its tracking status). All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days (once the order has been processed) depending on your location.
