How long does shipping take? 

Orders are processed with in 1-3 business days. Once shipping, delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date shown or tracking information.

Which items are final sale?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items and discounted items are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes, exchanges are accepted on regular-priced items only, based on availability. We do not hold items for exchanges.

How are exchanges processed? 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit via an electronic code, minus shipping changes. Store credit must be used in once single transaction and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.
