Our policies have been created to help us provide the best customer service as possible and to inform our customers what to expect when shopping at Lily's  Fashion. We hope you like each item you receive; but if not we are more than happy to help you with your return or exchange. There are NO REFUNDS!  Please email us at Lilysfashionboutique16@gmail.com and ensure to include full name and order number on subject line to avoid any delays. Please contact Lily's Fashion Boutique for an approval as goods will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Please Note: When purchasing with a discount code, code MUST be applied at checkout. We DO NOT make any adjustments or cancellations after purchase has been submitted. (No Exceptions) 

Return Information:

  • We accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information through our carrier USPS. 
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for a return. 
  • All returns MUST be received in its original condition: (unworn, unwashed, free of any stains & odors, and with all original tags attached and packaging).
  • Several good are exempt from being returned. (Accessories, Shoes, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Undergarment Wear - due to hygiene)
  • No Refunds!
  • All returns may be processed 7 business days of receiving your return. (Not including weekends & holidays) 

 

Exchange Information: 

  • We accept exchanges postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information. 
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for an exchange.
  • Due to high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee that item you wish to purchase after your return will remain in stock by the time we receive your return.
  • We DO NOT hold items. 
  • Once we receive item we will inspect and contact customer thru email with a status. (Please ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on)
  • We will apply your amount minus shipping charges as an electronic code (Store Credit) Customer is responsible for paying ALL shipping and re-shipping charges. 
  • We reseve all the right to rejecting a returned item if we feel it does not meet required conditions. 
  • Credit codes CANNOT be combined with any other discounts or on going promotions. ***Codes MUST BE USED ALL AT ONCE***
  • All Sales Are Final when Exchange is made. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
