Return & Exchange Policy 

At Lily's Fashion Boutique, our policies are designed to provide the best customer experience while clearly outlining what to expect when shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with an eligible exchange. 

🚫 No Refunds 

Lily's Fashion Boutique does not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Include the following in the subject line to avid delays: 

. Full name

. Order number

All exchanges must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

🛍️ Exchange  Eligibility 

. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date shown on USPS tracking.

. Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.

. Due to high demand and limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability of any item at the time your return is received.

. Lily's Fashion Boutique does not hold items for exchange.

. Items must be returned in original condition: 

. Unworn

. Unwashed

. Free of stains or odors

. Original tags attached

. Original packaging included

. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit in the form of an electric code, minus original shipping charges.

. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

.Store credit codes cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and must be used in one single transaction.

. All sales are final once an exchange has been completed.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable) 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons:

. Accessories

. Shoes

. Swimwear

. Bodysuits

. Undergarments

Processing Time

Approved exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays.)

⚠️ Discount Code Policy 

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We do not make adjustments, cancellations, or apply discount codes after an order has been submitted. No exceptions.

📌 Policy Updates 

Lily's Fashion Boutique reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

📦 Shipping Responsibility 

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lily's Fashion Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Lily's Fashion Boutique does not cancel orders once they have submitted and processed in our system.
